1. Booking & Appointment Policy
Booking an Appointment:
We highly recommend that you book your appointments in advance. This guarantees you a spot at your preferred time. You can easily schedule your appointment online, via phone, or in person.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
We understand that life happens. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur 50% of your service cost to cover the time reserved for you.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we stay on time for all of our clients. If your service is shortened due to lateness, the full service fee will still apply.
2. Health and Safety Guidelines
Allergy & Health Information:
Your safety is our priority. If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns (such as sensitive skin or previous nail damage), please inform us before your appointment so we can make appropriate adjustments to your treatment.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
We strictly adhere to hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for every client. All tools are sanitized and sterilized after each use. We also disinfect frequently touched surfaces throughout the day. If you have any concerns regarding our cleanliness, please let us know immediately.
COVID-19 & Other Health Precautions:
Our staff is trained to follow health and safety protocols, including wearing masks and gloves where necessary. We also ask that you wear a mask if you are feeling unwell or if required by local health guidelines. We continue to prioritize your safety, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We will take no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings while you are at the salon. We will assist to the best of our abilities.
3. Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Payment is due at the time of service.
Gratuity:
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service and are greatly appreciated by our staff for exceptional service. Tips can be given in cash or added to the total charge via card payment.
Refunds:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, services are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
4. Service Policies
After you leave the salon, we won’t be held accountable for any accidental breakage, damage, or infection, and the appropriate repair fee will be charged. Even though nail extensions are durable, they can still break if they are impacted; this can happen accidentally or at any point after you leave the salon. A chipped or broken nail soon after you leave does not always indicate that your polish or extension was of poor quality. Please be aware that the longevity of the nail care you receive is significantly impacted by the state of your natural nails. In comparison to healthier nails and nails with longer nail beds, products used on weaker, brittler, dryer nails and nails with shorter nail beds will not last as long. Nails that produce more natural oils are more likely to lift nail enhancements.
Since the foundation of your nails might effect how long they last, we will not be held accountable for any breakage if you have had your nails done elsewhere and come to us for an infill. Since the products and methods we employ can be different from those used at your prior salon, it is better to begin a new set with us from fresh.

If we recommend getting a new set instead of an infill, it’s because your nails are in poor condition and won’t last much longer. We are not responsible for any damage if you choose to do an infill anyway. We won’t do infills on nails that are too old or damaged, as they require more work than an infill, and it’s better for both your nails and our technicians to start fresh.

Service Duration:
Please be aware that the time allotted for each service is an estimate. While we make every effort to stick to the schedule, some services may take longer depending on your needs. If you require a service that will take longer than usual, we recommend discussing the details with us when booking.
Service Modifications:
Once your service begins, we may not be able to accommodate changes to your requested service. If you wish to modify your treatment, please let your technician know before the service starts.
Children and Pets:
For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire appointment. Pets are not allowed in the salon, except for certified service animals.
5. Customer Conduct Policy
Respect and Courtesy:
We believe in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. We kindly ask that all clients treat our staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive behavior, including aggressive language or actions, may result in termination of service.
Photography:
We want you to share your beautiful nails with the world, but please be considerate when taking photos. You may take photos of your nails; however, photography or video recording of others in the salon is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
Cell Phones:
To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you keep your phone on silent during your visit. If you need to take a call, please step outside to do so.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, phone number, email, etc.) will only be used to book your appointments and communicate with you regarding our services. 7. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase and make the perfect gift for any occasion. They can be used towards any service or product in the salon and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers:
Discount vouchers, coupons, and special promotions may have specific terms and conditions. Please check the expiration date and any restrictions when using them.
